Advocate Sebastian Kuk completed legal studies in the Faculty of Law at University of Bialystok in 2001 (master thesis titled “Selected aspects of protection of personal goods and chattels”).
In 2001 he commenced legal training at Appeal Court In Warsaw, which he completed with successfully passed judicial exam in 2004. As judge's trainee he started working at Law Firm "Kuk, Suszyńska, Lachowski & Matecki - Adwokaci".
Since January 2006 he has been an advocate, a member of the Advocates’ Chamber in Warsaw. Since December 2006 he has been running Law Firm within the framework of the network Kuk Adwokaci.
Advocate Sebastian Kuk is the author of numerous articles concerning economic, commercial, bankruptcy, civil and executive law published in guide "Windykacja w Praktyce" of publishing house Wydawnictwo Wiedza i Praktyka sp. z o. o. Together with co-operation with Wydawnictwo Wiedza i Praktyka sp. z o.o. Sebastian Kuk used to supervise publications of other authors. Advocate Sebastian Kuk is also the author of several articles concerning labour law published in guide "Serwis Prawno-Pracowniczy" of publishing house Wydawnictwo Infor sp. z o.o.
Advocate Sebastian Kuk specialises in family, succession, criminal, penal revenue, economic, commercial, bankruptcy and executive law including performing defence counsel’s functions in criminal and penal revenue proceedings and any actions of representation at lawsuit for parties and other participants of judicial and administrative proceedings.
