Andrzej Kuk completed legal studies in the Faculty of Law at University of Warsaw in 1976.

Since 1987 he has been an advocate, a member of Advocates’ Chamber in Warsaw.

Andrzej Kuk since 1992 until now has been running Law Firm in Warsaw which currently has been functioning within the framework of the network Kuk Adwokaci.

Also a co-founder and partner of other Law Firms, among others "Kuk, Suszyńska, Matecki – Adwokaci” and "Richards Butler i Lachowska, Płaska & Kuk, International Law Firm".

Advocate Andrzej Kuk for about thirty years acting as a counsel for the defence or as a proxy or agent has been providing services of legal aid in criminal, penal revenue, civil, commercial and any other types of judicial and arbitral proceedings and also complex advisory services for commercial legal persons as well as for natural persons.

Advocate Andrzej Kuk specialises in criminal, penal revenue, economic, commercial and civil law including performing defence counsel’s functions in criminal and penal revenue proceedings and any actions of representation at lawsuit and arbitration for parties and other participants of judicial, arbitral and administrative proceedings.
